All you've got to do is tap your foot on The Log in time with the music you're playing.

Depending on the type of shoes you're wearing you will find that the sound of The Logarhythm will change. Hard leather soles will produce a more "toppy" sound than say trainers or thick rubber soles. Tapping your foot at different points along the width of The Logarhythm will also produce a tonal variation. It's pretty versatile.
